Return Policy

We always hope you love your FANTÔME Brand products but if you change your mind or make a wrong selection, we can offer an exchange or refund on non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order.  Our change of mind returns policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund your item must not be personalized, be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us at info@fantomebrand.com. We  will send a return shipping label for approved orders as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery. 
Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the item has been successfully returned and inspected by our team.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception.  In the unlikely event of receiving a defective, damaged or wrong item please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify the situation as a matter of priority. 
EXCEPTIONS / NON REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
We do not accept returns on any personalized printed product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sample sale items or gift cards.
