PURCHASE PRICE
All prices quoted on this website or pursuant to your inquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.
Products are only available while stock is available. In the unlikely event of an incorrectly priced item, orders can be cancelled or refunded by FANTÔME Brand.

GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards can be redeemed against all FANTÔME Brand products and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards can only be purchased with a debit or credit card and cannot be returned or refunded and are non-transferable. If products that were purchased using a Gift Card are returned, the remaining balance will be added to your account as credit and can be redeemed against subsequent orders. FANTÔME Brand is not liable for lost, stolen and unlawfully used credit cards.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract. Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorize a payment, insufficient stock or for any other reason deemed appropriate by FANTÔME Brand. If a cancelled purchase has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, a credit in the same amount will be issued to the account within 7 business days.
We have aimed to ensure that the colours and design of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the colour and design of the product purchased. However, due to discrepancies with computers and programming, we are unable to guarantee the exact colour and design of your purchased product.
All FANTÔME Brand signature straps and lanyards are assembled with care and by hand. FANTÔME Brand does not guarantee the integrity of your iPhone. Handle with care.
Our straps and lanyards may contain small parts and are not suitable for small children. Do not wear straps and lanyards whilst operating machinery or equipment as it may get caught. Straps and Lanyards are a potential choking and strangulation hazard.
FANTÔME Brand, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licencors will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind as a result of using this site and/or as a result of the FANTÔME Brand merchandise sold to you.
