Please note the card holders fit all FANTOME Brand Cases except 12 mini, 7, 8, SE and 14 Pro.
It is recommended that card holders be stuck directly to clean skin cases rather than printed cases as the adhesive may damage the print upon removal.

PRODUCT CARE
We design all our products in-house, with our leather phone cases expertly crafted for a slimline and protective fit. Our signature cases are made from premium grain leather, ensuring the hides closely represent their natural state—removing any variations and blemishes only when necessary.
Your leather will wear and age, developing a natural patina over time. To ensure the longevity of both the leather and the printed surface, we recommend treating your leather with care. Avoid exposure to prolonged sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, moisture, make-up, dyed materials, solvents, and abrasive surfaces. Immediately wipe off any moisture with a dry, soft cloth. Use only a slightly damp, soft cloth to clean. Do not store anything between your phone and the case, as this may cause stretching and deformation of the leather.

All Made to Made orders are dispatched within 2-5 days and we process and print orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

We ship with the Australia Post Express Delivery network. Standard & Express shipping available for orders in Australia.

We ship internationally via Australia Post, FedEx, DHL and TNT Express for a fast and reliable service.

Returns
We always hope you love your FANTÔME Brand products but if you change your mind or make a wrong selection, we can offer an exchange or refund on non-personalized items within 14 days of receiving your order. Our change of mind returns policy applies in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund your item must not be personalized, be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
